This phase ensures that all patterns, construction details, and sizing translate correctly to our production environment before manufacturing begins.

Why Pre-Production is required
Every factory operates with its own machinery, calibration standards, and production processes. Patterns developed at another facility may not align with our machines due to differences in needle tension, stitch settings, equipment setup, or construction methods.
For this reason, it is not possible to move directly into production without first producing a sample from the provided patterns. In most cases, patterns require adjustments after the first sample is made, followed by a second confirmation sample before production.

ARGYLE offers flexible production minimums depending on garment complexity, materials, and construction requirements. For clients launching small runs or testing the market, we can accommodate lower quantities on a case-by-case basis.
For clients seeking the most efficient unit pricing and production stability, the recommended minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per style. At this level, material utilization, labor efficiency, and production flow are optimized, resulting in the best overall cost per unit.
